The following measurement are only a guideline. Feel free to +/- ingredient/amount.
- Chop all ingredients about the same size.
- Salt and pepper according to taste. I did not add any additional salt as olives and mustard are salty enough.
|Chicken (cold/room temperature)||chopped||3 Cups|
|Romaine Lettuce (light green lower part)||“||1/2 Cup|
|Sweet Peppers (red, orange, yellow)||“||1/2 Cup|
|Olives (pitted black & yellow)||“||1/2 Cup|
|Jalapeño (if like it spicy, seeded)||finely chopped||1 Tbsp|
|Mustard (Dijon)||1/4 Cup|
Mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill. Tastes even better the next day.
