Winter Storm> 12.26.10

December 28, 2010

The day after Christmas brought a whole lot of snow to the Northeast. Snow started to softly fall by 11 am in New York and Northern NJ. By late afternoon, the gusty winds made little white tornadoes of snow.  The sixth largest snow storm in history of New York City, produced over 2 feet of snow and buried streets in 4-feet drifts.

This is how my house looked:

A 5-ft high retaining wall buried in snow.
