Published in the upcoming Noro Knitting Magazine, Spring/Summer 2014 issue; this is one of my favorite projects to knit.

While I had originally designed this to be knitted in one color scheme; this bi-color version is a bit more playful and edgy. The combination of two lace patterns gives the garment a more bohemian feel. The ever so beautiful colorways of Noro yarns also work their magic here. Noro Shiro was truly a pleasure to knit with. It is soft, easy to work with and has a nice drape.
Both lace patterns are straight forward and not complicated to knit. I guess the one at the bottom is a bit more involved and I would suggest using markers in between repeats to keep track of the work. Advanced Beginners/Intermediate knitters should have no problem tackling this project. You would actually be amazed at how brief the actual pattern instructions are. If you hate reading knitting charts; no worries here. Although a chart is provided; written instructions are quite easy and headache-free to follow. Honestly, this Lacy Wrap has all signs of “A Great Summer Knitting Project” written all over it.
Please don’t forget to take a moment to visit the pattern’s Ravelry Page and if you could- give it your heart.
